Billboard Artwork

The Texas Sports Hall of Fame will be using Robert Hurst’s artwork on its new billboards. Artwork to be featured includes Robert’s images of Nolan Ryan, Bob Lilly, Mary Lou Retton, Payne Stewart, David Robinson and more. Here’s a look:

Adminstaff Classic … Just Golfing Around

Hi Sports Fans,
Just got back from my annual foray to Houston for the Administaff Classic. Kenny Houston is the host and I’ve been associated with this golf tournament and fundraiser for at least 10 years. It’s at this event where I have met many Hall of Famers that I now consider friends. I look forward to this every year and feel very fortunate to be one of the “family”. Kudos to Rob Lynch and John Hensley for another great time. I know Rob was disappointed that he had to miss his “Father-Daughter” event. Rob and his crew put in an amazing amount of time to make sure the event went on without a hitch and that everyone was happy. I admire the crew’s dedication to raising money for the Texas Children’s Cancer Center and I am personally thrilled that my artwork is able to assist. Thanks guys for letting me be a part of it.
